VOLUNTEER MLK Day of Service 2026
Our MLK Day of service is a much-loved Lynnewood Tradition! Please sign up to make a dish, help on the day of, or both! You will be preparing one entire tray of this same dish. Ex - a 9x13 pan of lasagna, or 8 servings of chicken parm, etc. These dishes will be portioned and used to create meal packages for individuals. There are two different types of opportunities for volunteering for this event - preparing food in advance to drop off, and showing up to help pack the food. We also need people to help with set up, cleanup, and drive the meals to the drop off. In addition there will be an opportunity to pack craft kits for children at CHOP. There is a sign-up to donate supplies for this event.
