Please note that we are asking each vendor to supply a raffle basket to be raffled off at the end of the extravaganza worth $25.

Registration & Refund Policy
All vendor registrations are final and non-refundable. Please review your registration information carefully before submitting payment. If circumstances arise that prevent you from participating in the event, registration fees cannot be transferred or refunded.

For vendors selecting an outdoor space, if inclement weather prevents us from utilizing outdoor spaces, we will make every effort to accommodate you indoors. Please understand that the available indoor space may be smaller than the original 10’ x 10’ space. If an indoor space is offered and you choose not to participate, your registration fee remains non-refundable.
